This Reiki workshop takes place over two very full days - usually a weekend.
Students are taught:-
The original Japanese history and ethics of Usui Reiki Ryoho plus the five precepts.
Understanding the meridians and organ relationship to the emotions.
Techniques to utilise Reiki for healing (including self-healing).
Doctor Usui's original hand positions.
Doctor Hayashi's hand positions.
Understanding the body mind and the origins of illness.
Basic counselling skills.
How to use Reiki with animals and plants.
How to energise foods and liquids.
Reiki Mawashi - working with the circle of energy.
Ken Yoku - for strengthening energy and self cleansing.
Reiji-Ho - the energy connection technique.
The weekend is experiential and time is spent practising on the self and each other.
